PA EAST BRUNSWICK — East Brunswick Board of Supervisors reorganizes leadership, maintains tax rates despite county re-assessment. The board re-elected Chairman Jeffrey Faust and Vice-Chairman John Heim to one-year terms and appointed David Teter to a two-year supervisor vacancy based on write-in votes, with Jill Kulbitsky re-appointed as Secretary/Treasurer. The board approved wage increases of $0.50 per hour for Road Master Tom Noecker and road crew members, set the real estate tax millage at 1 mill to maintain revenue neutrality, and approved revised application fee schedules through Resolution #2026-1.

The township also authorized Chairman Faust to sign easements for the Pine Valley Road bridge project, with construction expected to be completed by March 25, 2026, and paving by mid-April.
