Board grants final approval for Zitkus development plan

PA EAST BRUNSWICK — East Brunswick supervisors approve Zitkus development plan after county review. The Board of Supervisors granted final plan approval without conditions on July 28 after the county planning department completed its review, allowing recorded plans to return to the applicant. In separate actions, the board unanimously approved a $3,500 purchase of community room furnishings and a community room rental agreement with separate resident and non-resident fee structures.
The supervisors also authorized a $100,000 investment in an eight-month certificate of deposit at Mauch Chunk Trust at 3.25 percent interest and accepted the resignation of road crew member Steve Dissinger.
