Board approves $113,901 seal coat project for township roads

PA EAST BRUNSWICK — Board of Supervisors awards $113,901 seal coat contract. The East Brunswick Board of Supervisors selected Martin Paving, Inc., as the lowest bidder for the 2026 Bituminous Seal Coat Project, choosing their $113,901.12 offer over Asphalt Maintenance Solutions, LLC, at $120,228.96 and Russell Standard Corp. at $130,248.04. Chairman Jeffrey Faust moved to approve the award with Vice-Chairman John Heim seconding; all supervisors voted unanimously.

The board also approved Resolution 2026-3 establishing price adjustments for bituminous materials and granted conditional final approval to the Zitkus Annexation, contingent on no engineering comments during full review.
